SHOP FOR IT INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS
All products are for sale subject to availability. Items will be despatched once the payment has been cleared.
Some products are sold as preorders and will be sent direct from the supplier. This is the prefered method to make sure your product is the latest version and totally up to date. Many stores have floor stock that is out of date and yet still charge you current prices,
Shop For IT however does not believe it is in the best interest of you the customer to have second rate products so in order to provide the latest technology there could be a slight delay in delivery.
Most items will be delivered in 10 to 42 days depending on the item and your delivery address.
Shop For IT uses Australia Post, eparcel, or Fastway couriers for larger items.
DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
As an Australian Business, Shop For IT is covered by the Fair Trading commitment under Australian Law. This means there is no refund for change of mind and goods damaged from misuse. If you need to return an item please contact Shop For IT first for a Return Authorisation Number. No item will be accepted for return without an RA Number supplied by Shop For IT. If you do need to return the item you will be requested to supply a photo of the defect and a brief description of the fault before an RA Number is issued.
